Now that you've seen what I look like 'on paper', I'd like to share a little more about how I got here...
After over a decade of building up a successful career as an architectural and interior designer, I never really felt like it was the right fit. If anyone can understand wanting more out of their career, I know it's you. After all, we spend more time working than doing anything else, so why comprise?
I had been freelancing on the side for quite some time, but only when opportunities presented themselves. As I continued to reflect on how much I enjoyed branding businesses and coaching through the launch, the more appealing the idea of starting my own business became.
So I took the leap.
TAKING THE LEAP
I am driven by the reality that everyone suffers from the same self-doubt and insecurities that keep them from taking the leap to start their own business. And yes, it most certainly feels like a leap. Every. Step. Of. The. Way. But trust me, you won't regret it. It will be scary, it will be exciting, but it will also fill you with renewed life. It's like convincing yourself to ride the biggest rollercoaster at the park. You're nervous as you approach, you're terrified going up the first hill, but as soon as you finish, you're ready to get right back on. So get in that line and experience the most exhilarating ride possible...your life. Gone will be the days of solely helping someone else achieve their business goals and big dreams. By taking the leap, it's the beginning of finally achieving your own dreams. And I'll be there right next to you, I've done it myself, and I can help you make your dreams a reality.
I first sought to find a job that would satisfy me creatively, passionately, and financially, also affording me a better work/life balance, as so many of us crave. As I climbed up the rungs of both small business and large corporate ladders, I found my own company. With my desire to help others navigate the same process and my passion for helping people and businesses reach their fullest potential and become wildly successful, I finally feel complete.
The truth is, we all need a business ally, comrade, teammate, or collaborator to help us give shape to the values and essence of our brand. And we all need a coach - every Olympian even has a coach - to help us over the bumps in the road that most often we inadvertently placed there because of our own self-doubt and insecurities. And that is my motivation. That is why I started this company. It's why I wake up each day excited to help my clients become the person they know deep down they want to (and will) be.
